Kathy Cain - Development Project Manager kcain@alpinemountainranchsteamboat.com 970.875.1200 Kathy comes to Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club from Aurora, Illinois, with 23 years of experience as a Senior Associate for Merrill Lynch. Kathy’s desire to live in a resort town comes from growing up on the shores of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, where boating, water skiing and snow skiing were all in her backyard. She and her husband Steve have been visiting Steamboat Springs since 1983 and are now living their dream as full time residents of the Yampa Valley. They enjoy downhill skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, and experiencing all the year-round activities the Valley has to offer.

Theresa Jacobi - Communications Manager tjacobi@alpinemountainranchsteamboat.com 970.875.1200 Theresa Jacobi joined Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club in August of 2011. Theresa has deep roots in Steamboat and she is excited to return to the beautiful valley she called home from 2000-2008. Theresa spent the past three years in Wisconsin finishing her degree in graphic design and honoring her skills during an internship with Trek Bicycle Corp. Her background in design and communications will be extremely valuable in her new position. Theresa is an avid photographer, hiker, and snowsport enthusiast. She also loves anything that gives her a chance to spend time with family, friends and her new dog, Sophie.

Bill Reid - Chief Operating Officer In November of 2008, Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club welcomed Bill Reid and his wife, Star, to the Ranch family. Bill is Chief Operating Officer for the Ranch. A veteran of the development community in the Teton region of Wyoming and Idaho, Bill brings a rich band of experience in development and operations in both western mountain real estate and resort communities. As CEO for four years at Teton Springs, an all-season resort and golf community near Jackson Hole, WY, Bill and his team managed to construct and sell out the community during some of the worst and the best years in real estate by 2005. In 2006, Bill was retained by self-made billionaire Jon M. Huntsmen to create the new Huntsman Springs property in Driggs, ID. Prior to his career in mountain real estate, Bill worked with the PGA TOUR Properties, the land and development arm of the PGA TOUR, for over 20 years.
